The quoted price includes R11,500 discount for the exchange of the damaged engine. The damaged engine is to be returned to Remtec within 14 days of the reconditioned engine being shipped. Only if it is not returned, nor in a condition to be reused (eg. if the block, crank or cylinder head is damaged beyond repair), a core charge of R11,500 incl. VAT will be due. The damaged engine must be complete (tappet to sump).
